Your words are a tree of life and your words carry power; out of the heart, the mouth speaks; revealing what the heart is full of. Life happens, and being a believer has its own battles but what is being spoken determines the outcome. Words are like seeds of sweet fruit, discard them in soil and they will reproduce that of its kind.
The deep connections between the words you speak and your salubrity of heart are your rudder in life. It’s important to pay attention to the posture of one’s heart because that will determine the words they speak. Keep in mind that Satan has a plan for your life as well as your Heavenly Father. The word says that the enemy comes to still, kill, and destroy according to John 10:10. Your creator says he knows the plans he has for you; plans to prosper, not to harm but give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. It also says whatsoever a man thinketh, so is he. He says to speak those things that are not as though they are. This tells us that words have value and carry more weight in life than one can imagine. Paying attention to what the Lord is saying means you’re not giving your ear or attention to negativity. If what you’re hearing doesn’t line up with his word, it’s not him. He says his words are life, full of value, purposeful, fulfillment, health, abundance, and joy. The word lives among the living. Keep his word before you which says that the focus should be on him and not what’s happening around you. Keep them in your heart because out of your mouth, they flow. They reflect your inner thoughts, character, and how you approach life and mirror your emotions. Your health is determined by the words you’re speaking or being spoken over you. Everything you need is in your mouth and the condition of those words is influenced by the salubrity of the heart.
Proverbs 4:20-22 says it this way, ” My son pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body.
Luke 6:45: “A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.”
Matthew 12:34-40: “You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of. A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.”
Ephesians 4:29: “Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers”
What you hear and speak and what is spoken over you makes all the difference. Life happens, and being a believer has its own battles but what is being spoken could be the problem. Start now, discover the source of your words, and make the changes. Purge your heart by keeping the word of God in your heart and ever before you. Speak them, meditate, and memorize those that feed life into every situation. Store up the good things and change the rudder of life. Eliminate the source of the words speaking defeat, doom, misfortune at every turn; reminding you of Satan’s plans instead of the plans of your Heavenly Father. The word confirms that the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.
