Eyes Connected To The Mind: We read scriptures but we really don’t absorb and do what they say. Do we realize why God said it? We should always keep our eyes on the Lord.
Being at his right hand, we will not be shaken. “AND Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee”.
With our EYES we see everything , and unfortunately a lot of negativity. The things of this world, situations, circumstances, people attitudes and behavior we witness through the EYES. Things we would like to change and so on. All these things are transferred into the MIND through our EYES.
So thats why the FATHER says “keep our EYES stayed on him”. Focused of the WORD, on the positive. It alleviates those things that worry us, angers us, frustrates us, bitters us, stresses us and concerns us.
All the things we see through the EYES settles in the MIND birthing all those negative emotions. Sometimes in our own disobedience to GODS word, we are doing it ot ourselves.
What have we been looking at? Gods word or LIFE?
We must take heed, keep our EYES on him, empty our MINDS, be obedient, pratice what we read and SHIFT.
